The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood with lots of trees, making the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. The location is convenient as it is within walking distance to the main pagoda. The staff are very helpful and friendly, providing assistance with language barriers and even preparing a meal upon arrival. The complimentary buffet breakfast is a great addition to the stay.

Special note of thanks to receptionist. A short walk to vista rooftop bar, where you can have lunch. Even the Yangon International airport was not so far. We liked New Golden Forward.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - tucked away in a small hidden alley, it feels peaceful and secluded, yet it's still close to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were excellent - they were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I loved waking up to a view of the Shwedagon pagoda from my window and having breakfast included was a great bonus.
